Define magnetic field strength B as magnetic flux density
- Strength of magnetic field (B) is known as magnetic flux density.
- Flux is defined as rate of flow. For magnetic fields, this is the amount in a given area.
- Measured in Tesla (T) or Weber per area squared (Wb/m2).
- Stronger fields are represented by closer lines.
- ϕB is used for notation.
